We collect and store the project information you enter, including project names, client names, project types, payment schedules, amounts, due dates, and payment records.

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a trusted database platform with enterprise-grade security. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including:

Row-level security policies to ensure you can only access your own data
Secure authentication using industry-standard protocols

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate the Service:

Supabase - Database hosting and authentication
Resend - Email delivery for payment notifications
Expo Push Notifications - Mobile push notification delivery
Vercel - Web application hosting

These services have their own privacy policies governing their use of your data.

Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the Service. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or regulatory purposes.

Access - You can access all your project and payment data through the Service at any time
Correction - You can update or correct your information through the Service
Deletion - You can request deletion of your account and associated data
Data Portability - You can export your data from the Service

Account Deletion

You can delete your account at any time through the Settings page in the application. When you delete your account, all your personal information, projects, and payment data will be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days. To delete your account, navigate to Settings and select the account deletion option.

Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete such information.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
